These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Echo mobile application operated by PAS Capital LLC. By using Echo, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Echo is a personal AI application that learns about your life through daily voice check-ins. Echo provides personalized daily questions, AI-powered conversation, automatic memory extraction and storage, weekly life reports with mood and pattern analysis, and the ability to search and query your own personal history. Echo uses artificial intelligence to process your voice recordings and text messages. AI-generated responses and insights are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Account Registration

  • —You must be at least 13 years old to use Echo.
  • —You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • —You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
3.

Subscriptions and Payments

Echo offers a free tier with limited functionality (3 check-ins per week) and paid subscription plans: Weekly ($3.99/week) and Yearly ($29.99/year).

  • —Paid subscriptions include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • —Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
  • —Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • —You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Echo to:

  • —Use Echo for any illegal purpose
  • —Attempt to access other users' data
  • —Reverse engineer or modify the app
  • —Use Echo to generate harmful, abusive, or threatening content
  • —Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional medical, legal, or financial advice

AI Disclaimer

Echo uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, extract memories, and create insights. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations.

Echo is not a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, counseling, or any professional service. You should not rely on Echo for critical decisions about your health, finances, legal matters, or safety.

We are not liable for any actions you take based on Echo's AI-generated content.

6.

Intellectual Property

The Echo app, including its design, code, branding, and AI systems, is owned by PAS Capital LLC. Content you create (voice recordings, messages) remains yours. By using Echo, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

7.

Limitation of Liability

PAS Capital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Echo. Our total liability for any claim related to Echo shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
